Included in the price
Weekly stay, bed linen and bath with weekly change, Italian TV, water and gas consumption for the kitchen, use of common facilities and swimming pool, one parking space per apartment.

Not included in the price: Tourist tax for adults, children up to 12 years free. Electricity consumption €0.55/kw, small pets €25.00 per week, camp bed €25.00 per week, LPG gas heating €4.30 m3, (1 m3 = 4.4 l), final cleaning fee €60.00 two-room apartments, €80.00 three-room apartments.

Booking procedure:
To confirm the booking, a 30% deposit must be sent by bank transfer or postal order.

Payment:
The balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before arrival. The amount for the stay is due in full, based on the booking made, even in the event of late arrival or early departure. Obligatory deposit on arrival €150.00 (refundable at the end of the stay, minus any damage costs).

Cancellation Policy:
- cancellation communicated over 60 days from the arrival date: the deposit is returned and €50.00 is retained for management costs
- cancellation communicated within 60 days prior to the arrival date: the deposit is fully withheld and the total balance must be paid.

Arrival time: from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm
Departure time: within 9.30 am
