Prices include:
Weekly stay, weekly change of bed linen and towels, Italian TV, water and gas for the  kitchen, use of common facilities and  swimming pool, one parking space for each apartment

Prices do not include:
Electricity consumption €0.35/kw , small pets €25 per week, gas heating €4,30 mc (1 mc = lt 4.4), final cleaning €30,00 for two-roomed apartment, €40,00 for three-roomed apartment

Payment methods:
To confirm the booking a deposit must be sent through bank transfer or postal order

Payment:
Settlement of payment must be done on day of arrival. Credit cards are not accepted. Stay must be paid in full, on the basis of one’s booking, also in case of postponed arrival or anticipated departure.
Deposit to be paid upon arrival  €150,00
(it can be returned at the end of stay or deducted in case of expenses due to damages)

Conditions of cancellation:
- Cancellation communicated more than 30 days before date of arrival : deposit is returned and €50.00 are deducted for management expenses
- Cancellation communicated in the 30 days before arrival date: deposit is entirely deducted.

Check-in: from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Check-out: by 10 a.m.

Extra services:
• Daily cleaning € 20,00 hour
• Change of extra bed linen: €10,00 per person
